1)     What other playwrights have we studied this semester whose influence can be seen in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead? How has Stoppard made use of their techniques and ideas for his own use

2)     Flipping coins, “To be or not to be”, “I'm trying to determine which way the wind is blowing”, “. . . if you look on every exit being an entrance somewhere else.”, “the sun's going down, or the earth's going up.” etc. : What's all this about? Why all the opposites and word play?
